The expression levels of LNCOC1 were increased in melanoma cell lines and enhanced cell proliferation of primary human <t>melanocytes.</t> Expression of LNCOC1 and miR-124 in primary human melanocytes and melanoma cell lines were detected by RT-qPCR.
